Nusa Dua. It has relatively good shopping(the central shopping mall in town forgot its name), and the beach is ok. Westin is quite nice!

Jimbaran is famous for its seafood restaurants. Take your team to have dinner while watching the beautiful sunset at Jimbaran. Jimbaran is not the best place to stay at Bali, it’s kinda far from the shopping district, cafes and nightlife. But, some of the best (yet quite expensive hotels) are here, such as Bulgari, Ritz Carlton, etc. Nusa Dua is more into an area where you only find huuugee hotels, hotels and hotels such as Grand Hyatt, Gran Melia, Hilton, etc. I prefer you to stay at Nusa Dua for cheaper fares. The best beach is Kuta. Just take a walk from the beach, you arrive on streets with countless stores, cafes and nightlife is great there. Clubs and discotique can be found near this Kuta, Legian area. Weather in July should be fine. Just check on the weather prediction online, but July is still summer season, not rainy season. Well, rain does pour but quite rare.

Sanur Beach is quite nice and peaceful. The only problem is that there is ABSOLUTELY no night life though. For this, you have to go to Kuta.
Sanur Beach and Kuta Beach are both, as their names suggest, on the Ocean.
Ubud, which is not on the beach, is a nice place to stay also. It is known for their Monkey Forest, temples, restaurants and shops as wel as art galleries. It is surounded by fields and specifically ricefields.
Ubud is roughly midway between Sanur Beach and the Bedugul Volcano and other natural beauty. This might be interesting if you plan to take your managers on a 1 day sightseeing trip.

The famous Kuta Beach is the best place for nightlife however the beach is crowded. Nusa Dua and Sanur are less crowded but the beach isn’t as good.

The weather in July is warm and humid. It’s getting close to the rainy season.

For more information and a list of suitable resorts, I suggest using our Bali page as a useful resorce ->

The best hotels and resort in Bali are relative to each traveler depending on their tastes and point of view about an accommodation. There are several five star resort hotels in Bali mostly located on the southern part of the island such as Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Sanur, and Seminyak. Some recommendation includes Intercontinental Resort, Jimbaran Puri Bali, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel, Ayodya Resort, Keraton Jimbaran Resort and many more.

July is dry season in Bali and is also peak period for holiday. Hotels are almost fully booked as it is student holidays for Indonesia. Four star hotels or private villas are mostly recommended for manager meetings up to 30 participants. Staying in a private villa around Seminyak and Kerobokan will safe cost for the whole group members. You may find some of recommended hotels, resorts and villas on . Check your favorites and negotiate the group rate.
