Definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it is a 5 star hotel that sits right above a 5 star shopping mall called Plaza Indonesia and EX, and right across it is the newly opened Grand Indonesia Mall. (see links below to view store brands).

Mulia Hotel is another 5 star hotel that is situated close to 2 high end malls called Plaza Senayan and Senayan City, but you still need to take a cab from the hotel.

For a 4 star hotel, you could try Hotel Ciputra which sits right above the Citraland Mall and a walking distance to Taman Anggrek. These two malls are not as high end as the aforementioned malls.

You can also try the newly opened Ritz Carlton Hotel which sits above the newly opened Pacific Place Mall. But the mall is so new that there are not a lot of tenants in there yet.
